Baker Hughes Masoneilan Recognized as Frost & Sullivan Customer Value Leadership Award Winner

Baker Hughes has been awarded the 2018 Frost & Sullivan award for Customer Value and Leadership for a portfolio of Valve Lifecycle Management tools that help our customers capitalize on digital technology to optimize their plant operation. The Valve Lifecycle Management platform of services help our customer to achieve an optimal valve performance by combining over 200 years of expertise between Masoneilan control valves, GE Digital Engineering and Baker Hughes Oil and Gas field service. Together, Baker Hughes has created a platform of digital tools that help analyze our customers’ operations real time without disruption to proactively plan future support to keep valves operating as specified.

- Operation Optimization using ValveAware software for continuous valve operation monitoring, alert detection, and proactive maintenance planning.
- Turnaround Prioritization to prioritize valve maintenance, plan spare part availability, and schedule technicians in advance for rapid turnaround.
