    Description

    Performance meets Reliability with the Masoneilan™ 23005 Series PXR valve, engineered for low-pressure drop control, high interchangeability, and simplified selection and maintenance. Design features include superior flow control enabled by advanced investment casting techniques that reduce material usage and waste, while enabling greater CV per size through optimized body and plug profiles.


    The stem and port guided unbalanced trim delivers versatility in interchangeable trims, making the 23005 Series PXR well-suited to handle a wide variety of low pressure drop process applications.


    The stem and port guided plug provides maximum support to ensure plug stability and controllability.
    Hardened full, reduced and low area capacity trims are available to provide a range of wide flow capabilities.
    The seat construction consists of a threaded seat ring with a plug that is unbalanced requiring no balance seals or pilot plugs to achieve shut-off. Tight shutoff that meets ANSI/FCI 70.2 Class IV or V leakage is standard.

    The 23005 Series PXR control valves can be sized and selected using the Masoneilan ValvStream™ Sizing and Selection Program.


    Namur or VDI/VDE Tiered digital positioner options allow customers to select the right level of digitalization based on their budget and operational complexity.
