  Description

  Performance meets Reliability with the Masoneilan PXR single seated globe control valve. Engineered for a wide range of standard industrial process conditions, PXR delivers superior flow control and greater Cv per size through advanced investment casting techniques and optimized body and plug profiles. 

  Highly versatile, PXR features interchangeable trims, including a stem and port guided unbalanced trim that provides strong plug support for stable and controllable operation. Hardened full, reduced, and low area capacity trims are also available to provide a range of wide flow capabilities.

  Tight shutoff meeting ANSI/FCI 70-2 Class IV or V leakage is standard due PXR’s seat construction, which uses a threaded seat ring with an unbalanced plug design to eliminate the need for balance seals or pilot plugs to achieve shutoff. Additionally, PXR is compatible with various positioner options, allowing customers to select the right level of digitalization based on budget and operational requirements.
